Several suspects wanted in rural home invasion near Glaslyn

Turtleford RCMP are on the lookout for a number of suspects in relation to a home invasion, assault and vehicle theft that took place Sunday afternoon on a property southeast of Glaslyn.

A man who was the lone occupant of the home was physically assaulted by a group of men, all wearing masks, after they broke into his home. One of the suspects was holding a firearm in the incident.

The suspects then fled the scene in two vehicles, one of which was a muddy black two-door Jeep with wide tires and black rims. The second vehicle, which was stolen from the property, was a 1983 Dodge Ramcharger SUV with black, grey and brown paint, with licence plate 213 LEY.

If anyone spots the vehicles, they are advised not to approach them and to contact their local RCMP detachment or crime stoppers.
