Regina Police issued a Canada-wide warrant for a 29 year old man in connection with the death of a three-month-old in 2017.

Caitlin Goodwill is facing a charge of manslaughter in the death of Keenan Spencer.

Goodwill has since been arrested.

The charge comes after a joint investigation by Regina Police and the Chief Coroner.

Goodwill is described as indigenous, brown eyes and black hair with a mustache and goatee. He is five foot nine and weighs 200 pounds.

It is believed Goodwill was the child’s father.
