A fatal motor vehicle accident occurred on Friday afternoon on Highway 11 by the community of Osler.
Warman RCMP say a southbound service truck and a northbound SUV collided head on that afternoon near the south entrance into the town.
The passenger of the northbound SUV, a 75-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
The driver of the SUV, an 80-year-old man, was transported to hospital with undetermined injuries, while the driver of the truck was treated on scene and was released.
RCMP Collision Reconstructionists were on scene with the coroner over the weekend. The highway was reopened Friday night at 11:00 p.m.
This matter is still under investigation.
