A person who was the subject of a public disclosure notice issued on August 14th has been re-arrested.

The Regina Police Service on Saturday at about 11:40pm, officers received word that 42 year old Jason Thorne was not at his house, as required by the conditions of his release.

At about 1:20 AM Monday morning, police took Thorne into custody without incident.

RPS say it is important to not that the arrest was not the result of a new crime, but rather a breach of conditions.

Thorne made his first court appearance on Monday.
