The price of the Capital Pointe lot has dropped significantly

The price to buy the Capital Pointe lot in downtown Regina has dropped significantly.

By 76 percent in fact to about $2-million.

Originally priced at $8.5-million this past April, crews are expected to be done filling the hole of the failed condominium project at the corner of Albert Street and Victoria Avenue in October.

The City of Regina took developer Westgate Properties Ltd. to court which turned into an ugly case that ended up going in the city’s favour.
