Traffic at Park Street and 13th Avenue was tied up during rush hour Friday after a two-vehicle collission involving a Regina Police SUV.

Police say around 5 PM, the SUV was heading south when it was t-boned by a pickup being driven by a man.

The man and the officer were both taken to hospital with injuries considered to be minor in nature.

An investigation into the crash is underway.  At this time, no charges have been laid.
