Regina Police are investigating an alleged shooting that took place early Thursday morning.

Around 12:40 a.m. officers were called to the 2200 block of Osler Street, after multiple reports of a gun shot being heard.

Around the same time, a man arrived at hospital with an injury consistent to a gun shot wound and confirmed the incident took place on Osler Street.

Police say the man is in hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made and police do not believe this was a random act.
