Four facing manslaughter charges after Saskatoon’s 13th homicide of year

Saskatoon Police are investigating the city’s 13th homicide of 2019.

On Saturday morning, police found a 31-year-old man inside a home on the 100 block of Howell Avenue. He was taken to hospital where he later died.

Four men, aged 21, 23, 25, and 37, are facing a number of charges including manslaughter in connection with the incident.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday to determine the exact cause of death.

Saskatoon recorded 13 homicides in 2018 as well which set a new record.
