Shortly after 8:00 a.m., a Traffic Services officer spotted a vehicle matching a suspect vehicle description in the case and pulled it over. Two people of interest are currently in custody.
Investigators say a number of people were present at the time and witnessed the fight and they believe some have video, of some or all of the event, recorded on personal devices.
