A 23-year-old Regina man is facing 10 charges after a stolen vehicle incident.
The Regina Police Service says officers received a call at about 8:40 Thursday morning about a potential stolen vehicle.
RPS confirmed the vehicle to be a stolen Ford F-150.
Officers found the truck and used a spike belt in the area of Stapleford Crescent.
The driver fled the vehicle and was arrested nearby.
Police say it’s alleged the driver also had stolen property in his possession, a weapon and ammunition.
Michael Meszaros is facing 10 charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, four counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order and carrying a concealed weapon.
Meszaros made his first court appearance on Friday.
