The Regina Police Service are identifying the victim of a homicide on St. John Street last week.

On Thursday officers were called to the 1800 block where a man was declared deceased.
Sixty-one-year-old Paul Brule has been identified as the victim and police say the family has been notified.
RPS have arrested and charged 60-year-old Douglas Fletcher with manslaughter in connection with this case.
Fletcher was arrested on Friday and will make his first court appearance on Tuesday morning.
RPS and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service are continuing the investigation.
