Regina Police are looking for three suspects after a man was stabbed Monday afternoon

A 53-year-old man suffered minor injures after being stabbed in the arm Monday afternoon.

Regina Police were called to the 5000 block of Sherwood Drive just before 1:00 p.m. Monday.

The victim had been walking in the area of Hanbridge Crescent and Sherwood Drive when he was approached by three men who demanded money, the victim replied that he had no money before one of the suspects stabbed him in the arm.

Police say the victim did not know the three suspects.

The first is described as a man with a slim build, wearing camo pants, a black jacket with the hood up and a blue bandanna, the weapon was a butcher style knife with black tape around the handle.

The second suspect is described as a man with a short stocky build who was wearing white pants, a light neon green jacket and a blue bandanna.

The third suspect is described as a tall man wearing grey sweat pants and a dark green canvas jacket.
