Two face theft and firearm charges in online investigation: RPS

Two men are facing theft and firearm charges after an online investigation.

The Regina Police Service says on Boxing Day a man left a store on the 4400 block of Rochdale Boulevard with unpaid merchandise .

The items were later seen on a social media marketplace.

The 39-year-old man who posted the items was contacted to return them but he refused.

Police executed a search warrant on December 29th at a home on the 1100 block of Edgar Street and found the items from the Boxing Day theft, as well as items from two other retail thefts in December and a couple firearms.

RPS says 39-year-old Devon Brehaut is facing 11 theft and firearm related charges. He made his first court appearance on Monday.

Fifty-six-year-old Stacy Millham faces six firearms charges and will appear in court on February 24th.
