Three faces weapons charges: RPS

Three men are facing a combined 15 charges following an incident over the weekend.

The Regina Police Service says officers were called to a business on the 900 block of Victoria Avenue on Saturday to find a man who was wanted on a number of firearm related charges.

Officers say the man was inside the business when they arrived and was said to be with two other men.

RPS arrested 25-year-old Dillon Whitehawk.

During the arrest, a second man reached for a concealed bladed weapon that was on his person. Police say 27-year-old Joshua Badger was arrested. During the arrest officers also found ammunition in his possession.

Police say a 17-year-old was also arrested.

Whitehawk is facing nine charges including seven weapons and firearm related charges.

Badger faces four charges, with three being weapon related, and the teen faces two charges of obstruct a peace officer and fail to comply with condition of a release order.

All three accused made their first court appearance on Monday.
