The Carry The Kettle First Nation north of Montmartre is getting into the cannabis business.

They’ve partnered with a B.C based indigenous company “Bloom” to create a new wholesale cannabis business on reserve land.

The plan is to build the facility at the site of a former tree nursery.

Chief Brady O’Watch says the business will create jobs and generate revenue.
