Driving in to work this morning I was headed south on Albert approaching a red light at Victoria Avenue. There was a small car to my right. I came to a stop at the light, but the car that was beside me just kept on going through the intersection like he didn’t have a care in the world.
Who needs to stop at a red light at 3 o’clock in the morning, right? I flashed my brights a couple of times from where I was parked as if to say “Hey man, what are you doing?” He never noticed and just kept on his merry way.
I could probably write a blog everyday about my drive into work. It seems every morning I encounter a vehicle that’s either weaving, driving too slowly, running red lights, or anything else it’s illegal to do while sitting behind a steering wheel.
If the cops would deputize me I’m sure I could fill the city coffers with a lot of money from the tickets I could write during my short drive into work.
I wouldn’t mind being a cop. I think it would be a lot of fun to be in a business where the customer is always wrong!
