Regina Police have charged a 60 year-old man with sexual assault as a result of an investigation into an incident that took place earlier this month.

On February 2nd, police received a report of a sexual assault that occurred at a clinic on the 800 block of Victoria Avenue. The 21 year-old victim told police the practitioner at the clinic touched her in a sexual way without her consent.

As a result, 60 year-old Kui Lu of Regina has been charged.  He was released on an undertaking, and will appear in court March 18.
