First court appearance for Unifor members charged ends in adjournment

14 Unifor protesters arrested at the Co-Op refinery during the lockout in January including president Jerry Dias have had their matter adjourned to March 30.

All had an appearance in Regina provincial court Wednesday morning. They are all charged with mischief under $5,000

The lawyer for the group asked for an adjournment so that 13 could receive disclosure which is a copy of the evidence collected. They will get those packages on that March 30 date. One of the 14 has already received disclousre and will review in on that day.
