Two more facing charges in Allan Garrioch disappearance

RCMP say two more people are now in custody in connection with the disappearance of a Humboldt man.

They say a pursuit was initiated late Wednesday afternoon on Highway 3  and lasted for about 55 kilometers before the vehicle became stuck in a ditch near the town of Weldon.

The two inside the vehicle were confirmed to be involved in the kidnapping of 20-year-old Allan Garrioch who went missing February 25.

42-year-old Steven Veilleux of Prince Albert, is charged with first degree murder and several other offences while 40-year-old Jodie Lynn Veilleux of Prince Albert is facing charges including kidnapping and forcible confinement.

One of the others charged in the disappearance is 21-year-old  Brettin Andrew Veilleux-Pelletier.  RCMP say Steven V is his father and Jodie Lynn is his step-mother.

An autopsy completed Wednesday on human remains in the RM of Bayne confirmed they belonged to Garrioch.  He had last been seen leaving his home with three men after an apparent altercation.
