Regina Police have charged a 21 year-old man with murder in the death of 36 year-old David Anderson.

Police began their investigation on Thursday night after a man was found an injured man on the 1400 block of 6th avenue. The man later died in hospital, and the death was ruled a homicide.

As a result, 21 year-old Michael Morisette is charged with second degree murder and breach of probation.

Morisette appeared in court Monday morning.
