SIGA to close its casinos for two weeks due to COVID-19

There will be no gambling at SIGA casinos across Saskatchewan for the next two weeks.

SIGA announced late Monday they are shutting down its casinos in Yorkton, North Battleford, Prince Albert and Lloydminster because of the COVID-19 virus.

President and CEO Zane Hansen says the situation will be re-assessed in two weeks.

Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw are also shutting down, but they haven’t decided when they will re-open.
