SARCAN is closing indefinitely because of COVID-19.
Saying they are acting to protect the health and well-being of their 700 “dedicated recyclers,” customers, partners and communities, the company said that Saturday was the last day of business until it is determined it is safe to open their doors again.
SARCAN is telling customers to save their beverage containers, paint and electronics once it reopens and that all hourly workers will still get paid.
After very thorough deliberations both within our organization and outside agencies, we have decided that this is the best move going forward. Any changes or updates to this situation will be posted on our website as… https://t.co/DuHm0CAuwq
