Snowfall warnings in place for Saskatchewan’s northeast Monday night

Environment Canada has issued snowfall warnings for northeast Saskatchewan for Monday night.

The area impacted includes Melfort, Nipawin, Porcupine Plain, and Prince Albert, as well as surrounding areas.

Environment Canada says 10-15 centimeters of snow could fall in the area before the system tapers off Tuesday afternoon.

Those in the area could experience difficulty on the roads due to the snow.
