Regina police have charged an 18-year-old woman with drunk driving after a vehicle smashed into a building on Dewdney Street early Sunday morning.

Police say they were called to the 4200 block of Dewdney, just off Pasqua, around 2 AM to find the vehicle inside the building.

The woman, who makes a court appearance June 2 on charges of drunk driving and exceeding 80 mg of alcohol within two hours of operating a vehicle, was the lone person inside the vehicle and was not hurt.
