Regina Police make two arrests in dangerous driving incident Monday morning

Two adults from Regina are facing charges in relation to a dangerous driving incident that took place Monday morning just off of Broadway Avenue.

Police were called to the scene, near the corner of Broadway and Montreal Crescent, just after 3:30 in the morning for a reported suspicious vehicle that evaded police earlier.

Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but it evaded police, despite the use of a spike belt.

Police deployed a second spike belt on Stockton Street, which allowed police to make a traffic stop. Bear spray, a knife, and a quantity of crystal meth.

32 year-old Dustin St. Denis faces a total of eight charges, including three counts of driving while prohibited and two counts of possession of a weapon, while 22 year-old Cheyenne Febril faces four charges, including possession of a scheduled substance and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
