Service hours at some low-traffic ports of entry along the Canada-US border are being reduced.
The Canadian Border Services Agency says the move is being made because of COVID19 and that they will be working to ensure that access to goods and services are not interrupted.
Starting Wednesday at 10 PM, the border crossings at Carievale, Estevan, Northgate and Oungre will be open from 8 AM-4PM seven days a week with the crossings at Climax, Monchy and West Poplar River being open Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM.
The Regway crossing will be open seven days a week from 6 AM-10 PM.
Non-essential travel between Canada and the United States was restricted March 21.
