Regina Police is investigating a death that took place on the 1000 block of Princess Street. The Saskatchewan Coroners Service is also assisting in the investigation.

Police responded to a report of a deceased person at a residence at about 12:40 Thursday afternoon.

Investigators are working to identify the deceased individual in order to notify next-of-kin.

Police are not releasing further details at this time.
