The Saskatchewan Stock Growers is assembling a directory of members offering direct sales of beef to consumers.

General manager Chad MacPherson says COVID-19 is disrupting beef processing in Canada and the U.S.

He says consumers are increasingly turning to local producers for meat supplies.

He says the directory is to link producers with consumers looking for beef.

The directory is on the Saskatchewan Stock Growers website.
