Regina Police say they have once again temporarily closed 9th Avenue North due to a large number of protest vehicles impeding traffic in the area.
Police say there were also vehicles moving in a similar fashion on Ring Road in that area.
This a-m, our traffic officers temporarily closed 9th Ave.N. due to a large # of vehicles moving slowly and impeding traffic. There were also slow-moving vehicles on the Ring Rd. in the area. Officers will enforce the TSA to ensure public safety. Thanks for your patience!

It is believed to be in relation to the labour dispute between Unifor and Federated Co-op, which has now gone on for over five months.
