Regina Police have arrested a man that is acused of committing an indecent act on the 5500 block of 3rd Avenue.

Police were called to the scene on Thursday afternoon, shortly after 3:00, where both a 29 year-old woman and a 30 year-old woman saw a 28 year-old man masturbating near a fence and exposing himself to them.

28 year-old Christopher Boerma faces an indecent act charge, as well as two counts of failure to comply with a probation order.

Boerma appeared in court Tuesday morning.
