Riders fans looking forward to a summer trip to Halifax will be disappointed.

The CFL has cancelled the Riders’ Touchdown Atlantic game, schedule for July 25 in Halifax. They were to play the Toronto Argonauts in a showcase of the game in a region that’s been trying to get a CFL team.

The league says it will reach out to fans who purchased tickets for Touchdown Atlantic.
