Police launch city’s second death investigation in 24 hours

Regina Police have launched their second death investigation in less than 24 hours, this time in the city’s east end.

Police, along with the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service, are on scene at Fisher Street investigating the death of an adult man.

One man is currently in custody, and one woman is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries, believed to be related to the incident.

Police believe that there is no ongoing public safety risk in relation to this event.

Police are also investigating the death of a man whose body was found in Wascana Lake Thursday night.
