First part of Phase 4 in “Re-Open Saskatchewan” plan begins Monday

Phase 4 of the “Re-Open Saskatchewan” will begin on Monday with the first of two parts happening.

The province says child and youth day camps; outdoor pools and splash pads and outdoor sports and activities can get underway with the second part of Phase 4 being announced at a later date.

That second part of Phase 4 will see places like movie theatres, casinos, bingo halls and indoor pools and rinks open.

The province adds you should check with your local operator of those activities as some municipalities have already stated that places like outdoor pools will remain closed this summer.

The announcement is being made at the same time as the province gives its latest COVID-19 numbers.

There is one new case to report.  It is in the Saskatoon region and brings the provincial total to 631.
