The Regina Farmers’ Market is heading back outdoors Saturday morning.
Executive Director Holly Laird says it’s exciting to be back.
“We’ll be at our regular location at City Square Plaza from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, starting Saturday, then every Wednesday and Saturday after that, right until October 10th.” said Laird.
Safety precautions are being taken to protect both vendors and customers. Vendors are being spaced out more than usual, and there will be limits on how many customers will be allowed on the plaza at a time. Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will be available, and the use of masks is being encouraged.
The farmers’ market has had an online store open since April.
