Premier Moe says he wouldn’t make masks mandatory province-wide

Saskatchewan’s COVID-19 numbers are quite manageable when you see a majority of the 88 active cases in the province are being attributed to outbreaks in the Far North and the Maple Creek region.
Despite that, some are wondering if the province should make it mandatory to wear a mask.
Premier Moe says it is an idea he wouldn’t adopt province-wide, but is one he might call for in places where there are localized outbreaks.
As for himself, Moe says he doesn’t wear a mask all the time
“I do wear a mask, not all the time,” said Moe. “But for instance, when I go for a haircut, I’ve worn a mask in instances such as that.”
Moe says he would rather make wearing masks mandatory in places where outbreaks may happen then go back to closing businesses.
