A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged after a robbery on the 900 block of Victoria Avenue Sunday night.

Regina Police were called to the scene around 7:30 p.m. after the suspect, armed with a weapon entered a business and demanded money.

Police say the suspect was located a short distance away from the scene and arrested.

The suspect, who was not named has been charged with robbery, disguise with intent and failing to comply with a probation order.

The accused will be in court Monday morning.
