Employee at Rona in Saskatoon tests positive for COVID-19

An employee at the Rona Home and Garden on Preston Avenue North in Saskatoon has tested positive for COVID-19. This would be one of the cases included in the 56 new cases announced by the provincial government Monday.

On their website the company says the associate with COVID-19 last worked in the store on July 3rd. The company says they were informed on Friday and commenced an extensive cleaning and disinfection of the business on Saturday.

Customers who visited the Saskatoon Rona Home and Garden on Preston Avenue North between June 29th and July 3rd are asked to monitor for symptoms until July 17th inclusive. This would be for those in the store dating back to July 3rd. If any customers feel like they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms you are asked to contact Health Line 811.
