A 52-year-old Canora man will be in a Yorkton courtroom Monday morning facing a charge of first degree murder after an incident in the town Friday night.

RCMP say they responded to a home in the town, 50 kilometers north of Yorkton, where they found a 59-year-old woman who had suffered life-threatening injuries and died shortly after.

William Tuttle was arrested at the scene and charged.
