One person is recovering from injuries not said to be life-threatening after a workplace accident at the EVRAZ Regina steel mill on Friday.

In an e-mail, the company says the worker, who was performing some electrical work on a piece of equipment when the accident happened, is not an employee of EVRAZ and was working for an outside electrical company.

An investigation into what happened is underway.
