A 54-year-old man faces impaired driving charges after a crash earlier this month near Lumsden that took the life of a 54-year-old woman.

Glen Sauer has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death following the crash which occurred early in the morning of July 13.

Sauer will appear in a Regina courtroom in September.
