Two men facing drug and weapons charges after Friday searches by Regina Police

Regina Police have charged two men with a wide array of charges after a drug trafficking investigation.

Police executed a search warrant on Friday at a residence on the 4600 block of East Primrose Green Drive, as well as at a farm northeast of Regina and inside two vehicles.

Large quantities of drugs, including cocaine, fentanyl, liquid codeine and another powder substance were found, as well as a loaded gun, over $50,000 cash and drug paraphernalia.

27 year-old Stephan Raheem-Cummings of Brandt County, Ontario faces 14 charges, including three counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order, and multiple counts of possession of a scheduled substance.

Meanwhile, Ayad Badi from Regina faces two charges, including possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime over five thousand dollars.
