An alert for the possibility of COVID-19 transmission in the community of Turtleford is being expanded.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority says the risk of transmission to the general public is considered low, but people who were at the SARCAN facility from August 4-14 are being asked to self-monitor for symptoms of the virus.
The original advisory was for August 4-6, but the SHA says the length of time for possible exposure is being expanded due to new information discovered during their case investigation.
