Update – Highway 19 has been reopened to traffic in both directions as of 7:30 p.m.

RCMP were warning residents of a serious motor vehicle collision that resulted in the north and south bound lanes on Highway 19 south of Kincaid being blocked.

The accident happened 10 kilometres south of the community.

The highway was closed for a few hours on Tuesday.
