A 51 year-old man has died after an accident on Highway #19 near Kincaid, about 240 kilometres southwest of Regina, on Tuesday.
Ponteix and Gravelbourg RCMP responded to the scene, where a minivan with two people inside heading south collided with a truck carrying two people traveling west.
The 51 year-old man driving the truck was declared deceased at the scene, while a 33 year-old man who was also inside was taken to a Regina hospital for serious, life-threatening injuries.
The 55 year-old man driving the mini-van was taken to a Saskatoon hospital for serious, life-threatening injuries, while a 20 year-old woman also in the van was treated on the scene by EMS for her injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. No charges have been laid at this time.
