They are not getting their money back, but those who were affected by some events at Mosaic Place in Moose Jaw that had to be cancelled due to COVID-19 are getting some form of compensation.

Ticket Rocket, the group that had been the ticket provider for Mosaic Place, failed to provide refunds for concerts by ZZ Top and High Valley that had to be cancelled along with three Moose Jaw Warriors games.

Council in Moose Jaw has decided to provide gift cards of equal value to customers who purchased tickets to the concerts or games with the city saying Mosaic Place will be contacting those affected to explain the procedure.

The city adds ticket purchasers are also being encouraged to explore the potential of a refund through their credit card company if they haven’t done so already.
