Tristen Durocher can stay in Wascana Park and complete his ceremonial fast.
A Regina judge is declaring bylaws that said he had to leave as unconstitutional.
Both the provincial government and the Provincial Capital Commission had asked Durocher and others to leave the west lawn across the street from the Legislative Building and comply with Wascana Centre bylaws.
Durocher, who is a suicide prevention advocate, and the “Walking with Our Angels” camp has been set up since July 31.
Durocher had said earlier he would be leaving the park on Sunday, but whether or not this ruling changes anything is not known.
