Candidates for civic election can now file their paperwork with City Hall

Nominations for November’s civic election are now being accepted.

The City says anyone wishing to run for office can submit their nomination form between today and October 7.

Nominations will be accepted between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Required paperwork, including necessary signatures are needed. Forms and an extensive information package can be found on the city’s website.

Elections Regina will also be hosting  a virtual candidate information Night Thursday at 6 p.m. for anyone interested in running for Mayor, Councillor or School Board Trustee.

Reginans vote in the civic election on November 9.
