Moose Jaw Police issue arrest warrant for attempted murder suspect

The Moose Jaw Police Service has issued an arrest warrant for a 21-year-old man suspected to be involved in an attempted murder.

Police and EMS first learned about the situation at 6:00 am Tuesday morning when they were sent to the 500 block of Athabasca Street East for a report of an injured man.

Emergency responders found a man at the scene who was the victim of an assault with a weapon. He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

After gathering evidence and working to identify witnesses, police have placed an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Riley Morgan Mills-Miller.

Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts are asked to call the Moose Jaw Police Service.
