A man has died after a collision late on Monday night in the community of Delisle.

RCMP in Warman received a call about the accident at around 10:58 p.m. along Highway 7 in Delisle. Firefighters in Delisle and EMS also attended the motor vehicle versus pedestrian collision.

Emergency responders found a 60-year-old man dead along the highway upon their arrival.

Highway 7 was closed and traffic was rerouted for around five and a half hours. It has since been reopened by police.

This investigation is ongoing.
