Regina man facing charges in connection to alleged firearms incident in north central

Regina Police have arrested and charged a man in connection to an assault that took place Sunday afternoon.

Officers were called to the 1100 block of Cameron Street, where a suspect had reportedly pointed a firearm at someone inside of a house.

Police surrounded the home and were able to locate the suspect. An arrest was made without incident. During a search, police found ammunition inside of the residence.

No one was injured in this incident.

27 year-old Sunray Crane is charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and failure to comply with probation order.

Crane appeared in court Tuesday morning.
